Job summary

MOON Environment Engineering SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Negeri Sembilan to support our sales operations and ensure smooth execution of orders. In this role you will be the key link between sales, clients and internal teams, driving accurate documentation and timely communications.

You will process orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage databases, track shipments and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role within the engineering, environmental or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Customer service excellence with a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Familiarity with sales processes, order management systems and basic accounting principles
• Preferably experience in the environmental engineering or construction-related industries

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders, quotations and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with current information.
• Liaise with customers to clarify order details, resolve queries and provide general support.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before order processing.
• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring customers are kept informed of delivery status.
• Prepare sales reports, performance metrics and data analysis for management review.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, arranging site visits and coordinating site inspections.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone and other communication channels.
• Support the sales team with promotional activities, marketing materials and event coordination as needed
