Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive logistics/order coordinator to prepare quotations and manage orders for spare parts and services. You will work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and maintain detailed records of quotations, orders, and commitments.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, teamwork across locations, and proactive problem solving, with experience in marine engine parts and SAP/ERP systems highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or relevant industry.
• Min. of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with some knowledge in marine engine products.
• Ability to work independently as well as participate and work as part of a team.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused and motivated by delivering high-quality results.
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team across different locations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
• Experience with marine engine spare parts, maintenance planning, or logistics coordination.
