Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Marine) to prepare quotations and orders for spare parts and services, coordinating with Supply Chain teams for timely delivery.

You will maintain a clear overview of quotations and orders, foster relationships with customers and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement in logistics and order management processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or relevant industry
• Min. of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with some knowledge in marine engine products
• Ability to work independently as well as participate and work as part of a team
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused and motivated by delivering high-quality results
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team across different locations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system
• Experience with marine engine spare parts, maintenance planning, or logistics coordination
