Job summary

Sunway Senior Living Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator at our Bandar Sunway Selangor location. This full-time role supports sales operations, coordinating inquiries, tours and consultations to drive resident placements and build relationships with families seeking senior living services.

You will maintain CRM records, prepare proposals, and liaise with residents, families and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a sales support, sales coordination or similar administrative role within the healthcare, hospitality or service industry, preferably in senior living.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• Compassion and understanding towards elderly individuals and their families.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inquiries from prospective residents and their families, providing timely and accurate responses
• Coordinate sales activities including scheduling facility tours, presentations and consultations with potential clients
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all prospects, leads and client interactions using CRM systems
• Prepare sales documentation, proposals and quotations accurately and professionally
• Liaise between sales representatives, residents, families and internal departments to ensure smooth transitions and satisfaction
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
• Assist in organising promotional events and open house sessions to showcase our facilities
• Monitor and track sales metrics, preparing reports for management review
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
