Job summary

ANGGUN KITAR RESOURCES SDN BHD in Klang seeks a capable Sales Support professional to assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and sales documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

You will liaise with logistics, finance and operations, maintain customer databases, prepare marketing materials and presentations, and monitor sales performance for management, while ensuring compliance with DOE environmental regulations and related permits.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Basic understanding of DOE environmental regulations; training provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Job description

Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.

Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports accurately.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, tenders, and marketing materials.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure all product sales, delivery, and waste-handling activities comply with DOE regulations and environmental laws (e.g., Environmental Quality Act, Scheduled Waste Regulations).

Verify customer compliance with required DOE licenses or permits before delivery or service execution.

Coordinate transportation of regulated materials with DOE-licensed transporters and ensure proper documentation (e.g., consignment notes, permits, eSWIS records).

Liaise with customers to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of regulated products.

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT:

• SPM, Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Basic understanding of DOE environmental regulations is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
