Job summary

VK Power Automation Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with administrative tasks, order tracking, delivery arrangements and cross-department coordination. You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Site/Project teams to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

The role is full-time, based in Ipoh, and offers a 5-day work week with competitive salary and benefits, plus exposure to production and engineering

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge with understanding of invoices, payments, tax and basic accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn product knowledge, basic technical information and project processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, electrical, engineering or project coordination will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer Sales Orders (SO), production progress and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Site/Project teams.
• Follow up site project progress, material requirements and related arrangements.
• Prepare and organize DO, Invoice, Progress Claim and other sales/project documentation.
• Follow up billing, payment, retention and customer reconciliation matters.
• Update and monitor customer orders, production, delivery and project progress.
• Maintain proper sales and project documents and records.
• Follow up outstanding matters and report delays, issues or abnormalities to the superior promptly.
• Handle a small amount of customer enquiries and quotation preparation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
