WAN LY Protective Packaging Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to support daily sales operations in Ipoh.

You will process orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders, and liaise with warehouse and logistics to schedule deliveries. Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, assisting with reporting, and following up on outstanding orders and payments. Support daily sales operations by coordinating orders, preparing sales documentation, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth collaboration between customers, the sales team, warehouse, production, and logistics departments.

Key responsibilities

Process sales orders and prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.

Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics teams.

Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.

Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.

Support the sales team with administrative and operational matters.

Follow up on pending orders and customer payments.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.

Assist management in preparing sales reports and analysis.

Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management or sales team members.

What we're looking for

Experience in sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills for working with customers and internal departments.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on pending matters, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to prepare accurate sales documentation, maintain records, and support sales reporting.
