Job summary

Superlon Worldwide Sdn Bhd is seeking candidates for warehouse roles at our Klang HQ and Pulau Carey sites. Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds may be considered as we expand our logistics team.

Two vacancies exist: one at the HQ in Klang, Selangor, and one at our new Pulau Carey premises. Responsibilities include optimizing storage, improving efficiency, and leading warehouse staff to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Relevant warehousing experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant academic background or industrial training may be considered.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid forklift licence – an added advantage.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and health requirements applicable to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize warehouse activities to ensure efficient and economical use of storage and distribution facilities.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to warehouse staff, ensuring resources and work schedules are managed effectively.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and standard operating procedures; follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare regular warehouse reports, analyze operational data, and identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
• Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Oversee forklift usage and maintenance, and provide or coordinate basic forklift refresher guidance for drivers where required.
• Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues to maintain smooth workflow and service continuity.
• Coordinate monthly and annual stocktakes and support the accuracy of physical inventory records.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the PPC Manager, Factory Manager, or Management that are reasonably related to the role.

1 based at our HQ located at Klang, Selangor.

1 based at our new premise in Pulau Carey.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
