S&P Global, Inc. in Penang is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to safeguard the data integrity of the sales compensation platform and drive end-to-end data quality across ingestion, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.

You will monitor daily data pipelines, run programmatic checks, and support monthly close cycles while collaborating with global stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and Power BI is essential for success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of technical experience in data operations, financial systems support, sales compensation analysis, or data pipeline validation.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data validation.
• Automation tooling experience with Python (Pandas), Alteryx, or VBA/macros.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail on financial datasets.
• Experience building operational dashboards and reporting with Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones (US, UK, APAC).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor day-to-day data ingestion pipelines across billing systems, CRM feeds, and target tables.
• Perform script-based pre-calculation validation checks to identify failed syncs and currency issues.
• Triages pipeline failures with global teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Execute end-of-month data loads and baseline calculations within tight close schedules.
• Maintain SOPs and SOX data controls across all data processes.
• Publish operational data health scorecards and pipeline reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with regional Revenue Operations and Finance teams on data discrepancies.
