Job summary

S&P Global Penang is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to execute end-to-end calculations for supplemental incentives and ensure audit-ready outputs within payroll cycles. You will manage the SFDC compensation dispute queue, investigate payout discrepancies, and publish weekly health reports.

Skilled in Python/Pandas, Alteryx, and advanced Excel, you will automate reconciliations, ingest data from CRMs and data warehouses, and build governance documentation for SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical and operational experience in sales compensation or related fields.
• Direct working knowledge of Salesforce Case Management and reporting objects.
• Experience designing and publishing operational reports in Power BI.
• Practical experience administering knowledge platforms (SharePoint/Confluence).
• Methodical approach to SOX control evidence and audit-ready docs.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end supplemental incentive calculations with timely outputs.
• Own Salesforce compensation dispute queue and publish weekly health reports.
• Develop automated reconciliation scripts to validate inputs against ledgers.
• Lead KPI milestone tracking and governance documentation.
• Build Power BI and Salesforce dashboards for spend, milestones, and disputes.
• Curate the central Sales Compensation Knowledge Center with SOPs and guides.
