Job summary

S&P Global in Malaysia seeks a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage end-to-end commission cycles, administer Xactly platforms, and drive data-driven payroll processes across global regions. You will build robust SQL/Python solutions for high-volume reconciliations and work with regional teams to ensure accurate, auditable payouts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales compensation operations, strong technical skills in SQL and Python, and experience with Workday/Salesforce data integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales compensation operations in a complex multinational environment.
• Xactly Incent/Connect/Analytics administration experience (2+ years).
• SQL proficiency with multi-table joins, subqueries, indexing, and aggregations.
• Python (Pandas)/Alteryx or VBA/Power Query for data validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end commission calculation cycles for 1,500+ global payees across all units, delivering precise, on-time payroll files.
• Administer and configure Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics including rule configurations and payout tables.
• Build advanced SQL queries and Python scripts for ledgers-to-payout reconciliations and pre-payroll checks.
• Lead annual platform readiness activities and maintain SOPs/runbooks for repeatable cycles.
• Coordinate with regional Payroll and Finance teams for post-payroll discrepancies and audit support.
• Run HRIS-to-engine roster reconciliations (Workday/Xactly) and ensure data integrity.
