S&P Global is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst (Pipeline Operations & Data Integrity) to manage data ingestion, validation, and reconciliation for the sales compensation platform. You will partner with global stakeholders to ensure data health, implement fixes, and drive continuous improvement of data pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data operations or sales compensation analytics, strong SQL, and experience with automation tools like Python or Alteryx.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical data operations or data pipeline experience.
• Advanced SQL: write, debug, and optimize complex queries.
• Automation tooling with Python, Alteryx, or VBA/macros.
• Analytical problem-solving with detail-oriented data work.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Strong English communication and global collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day data ingestion pipelines across billing systems and CRM feeds.
• Run reconciliation routines to verify revenue inputs to commission calculations.
• Triage data anomalies and implement fixes with global teams.
• Maintain SOPs and data controls, ensuring auditable logs.
• Publish operational dashboards and KPI telemetry for leadership.
