QL AGROVENTURES SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive monthly and yearly sales targets. You will develop and implement strategies, identify new business opportunities and distribution channels, and monitor market trends and pricing.

You will maintain relationships with key customers, distributors and new clients, ensuring timely service and delivery. Collaborate with production and logistics to balance supply with demand, prepare forecasts and performance analyses, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales management.
3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing operations or supply chain.
Experience in poultry, livestock, or FMCG preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; able to prepare data reports.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets monthly and yearly.
Identify and expand new business opportunities and distribution channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Maintain relationships with key customers, distributors and new customers.
Handle inquiries, complaints and ensure timely service and delivery.
Collaborate with production and logistics to align supply with demand.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
Support sales executives to improve performance and collection efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structure, and credit control procedure.
