Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required; background in Sales, Business, Retail Management, Marketing or FMCG is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven retail sales experience or promoter team supervision.
• Demonstrated track record of managing a sales team of 5+ staff and hitting targets.
• Strong persuasive, communication and motivational skills to drive a target-focused mindset across multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead promoter teams across outlets to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Conduct regular sales pitch coaching, closing technique workshops and upselling strategies.
• Drive promotions and motivate promoters to exceed quotas.
• Plan and manage weekly rosters for all outlets during peak traffic hours.
• Monitor stock levels, raise POs, and coordinate with logistics to prevent stockouts.
• Track daily outlet sales and report performance to the COO.
• Perform store visits to ensure product displays, promotions and merchandising are optimal.
• Provide hands-on floor support during peak hours to close deals and manage escalations.
• Assist with onboarding and training for new outlets during expansion periods.
