Job summary

Career Horizons is seeking an experienced Sales & Event Manager in Malaysia to drive revenue growth by collaborating with a network of distributors and internal teams. You will lead strategic planning, campaigns, promotions, and events to boost sales and achieve targets, while tracking distributor performance and growth.

The role requires a marketing background, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to travel for local and regional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive strategic sales campaigns and events with the distributor group.
• Take ownership for revenue generation by developing and executing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Engage distributors through training programs and activities to boost performance.
• Plan local and regional events, online and offline, within budget and with stakeholders.
• Track distributor progress and performance, and support growth initiatives.
