Job summary

Atiara Trading Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the market development and sales growth of our premium poultry brand. You will build and manage distributor networks, restaurants, supermarkets and retailers, and develop effective sales strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or business development, strong B2B skills, excellent communication and negotiation, and the ability to work independently to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in sales or business development.
• Experience in poultry, food, FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong ability to develop new customers and channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales/business development experience
• Experience in poultry, food, FMCG, meat or related industries is an advantage
• Strong B2B sales and customer development skills
• Existing customer network is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets
• Possess valid driving licence and own transport
• Bahasa Malaysia & English required; Mandarin is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

RM4,000 – RM7,000/month
