Job summary

Petour Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Business Development Executive to expand the customer base and drive sales across the assigned region. This remote and field-based role requires you to travel within Malaysia to pet shops, present products, negotiate sales, and manage accounts.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with experience in sales or customer service considered an advantage. You will work from home base while visiting clients, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong

• Experience in retail sales, promoter, roadshow, telemarketing, customer service, field sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new pet shops and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to introduce and promote Petour products.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand Petour's customer base.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close sales orders to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Develop and manage customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with existing customers to secure repeat orders and strengthen account relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Provide professional after-sales service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales activities, and account development.

Job description

As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding Petour's customer base and driving sales within your assigned region. You will actively identify and approach new pet shops, introduce and promote our products, build strong customer relationships, negotiate and close sales, and develop existing accounts to generate repeat business. This is a remote and field-based role. You will work from home as your base while managing your assigned territory, with regular travel required to visit pet shops, meet potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and maintain customer relationships. You are expected to manage your own schedule and travel independently within your assigned region.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect new pet shops and potential customers within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular customer visits to introduce and promote Petour products.

Develop new business opportunities and expand Petour's customer base.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

About you
