Job summary

PETOUR MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Business Development Executive to expand the customer base and drive sales across Malaysia. This remote, field-based role requires regular travel to visit pet shops, promote products, and build strong customer relationships.

You will identify opportunities, present and close sales, manage accounts for repeat business, and provide after-sales service. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; travel is frequent within the country.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail sales, promoter, roadshow, telemarketing, customer service, field sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new pet shops and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to introduce and promote Petour products.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand Petour's customer base.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close sales orders to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Develop and manage customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with existing customers to secure repeat orders and strengthen account relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Provide professional after-sales service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales activities, and account development.
