JPS Fashions (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Sales Associate to provide a warm welcome, present products clearly and deliver high levels of service to customers in-store. You will help shoppers, share product knowledge and support stock and store operations, with opportunities to participate in live sessions and grow within a fast‑growing fashion retailer.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales target as assigned by the Company
• Follow the company guideline and operational standard
• Replenish products on shelf and participate in stock count
• Maintain good housekeeping conditions in the store
• Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and displays
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
• Assist in opening and closing of the store
• Assist in cashiering duties when required
• Assist in all store events and activities, including hosting or participating in LIVE sessions when required
• Perform to any other task as and when required by the Management

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing warm welcome, effective presentation and demonstration of products and with a high level of service to customers in order to satisfy their shopping needs and enhance their shopping experience.
