Job summary

FJ Benjamin (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding its Malaysia team and seeks motivated individuals for retail sales roles in a luxury fashion environment. The role focuses on professional customer service, upselling opportunities, and maintaining the brand image across store displays and merchandising.

Successful candidates will have proven sales experience, a passion for fashion, and strong communication skills. Availability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays is required as these positions

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter, preferably in a high-end retail fashion environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shopbase.
• Sales-driven and result-oriented person.
• Passion for customer service and fashion.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service in a professional manner.

* Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise
