Giorgio Armani Outlet in Johor Premium Outlet is seeking a courteous Sales Associate to represent the brand with style and hospitality. You will deliver a premium shopping experience, assist clients with product selections, and uphold the highest level of service.

As part of the premium sales team, you will guide clients through latest collections, manage transactions accurately, build lasting relationships, and monitor store performance to align with brand standards and sales targets.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion products and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the brand with style and hospitality to deliver premium service.
• Assist clients in selecting products and provide styling advice.
• Handle transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout.

As a Sales Associate of Armani Outlet, Johor Premium Outlet, you will represent the brand in all facets of style and hospitality as our premium sales team within each store. You will be responsible for delivering the best shopping experience to each client and upholding the highest level of service.

Your key responsibilities will include and not limited to the following below:

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the brand by upholding its values and standards.
• Be the first point of contact for clients, offering exceptional service while showcasing the latest collections.
• Deliver and extraordinary brand experience and foster long lasting relationship with clients.

Sales Management

• Provide guidance and support to clients in choosing the best products for their needs, offering styling advice.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide clients with expert advice on new arrivals, promotions and exclusives.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals by effectively promoting and selling products.
• Handle transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

Client Management

• Develop strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
• Maintain customer profile and preference to offer recommendations and build a loyal client base.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.

Business Monitoring

• Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to management to optimize product offerings, promotions, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure that store's performance is aligned with brand standards, striving to exceed targets.

General Store Conditions

• Ensure that store is aligned to clean, organized, visually appealing and aligned to brand VM standards
• Ensure that products are replenished regularly as necessary.

Back Office Support

• Assist with administrative duties and BOH functions, including and not limited to inventory management, stock audits and stock transfer.
• Ensure that the BOH is clean and organized for an efficient handling of products.
• Assisting in the processing of returns, exchanges, and other operational functions as needed.

Team Management

• Collaborate with store management and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high standard of customer service and sales performance.
