Job summary

adidas Malaysia Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales Associate to inspire loyalty and deliver exceptional customer service. You will know product features, work toward sales targets, and uphold Brand Attitude and Visual Merchandising standards on the shop floor.

Collaborate with the team to process transactions quickly, replenish stock, and maintain store safety. You will participate in trainings and coaching to improve performance and grow with the adidas brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 months in a sports/fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of sales targets and use store resources to meet them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to exceed customer expectations.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, exhibiting Brand Attitude and Values.

Key Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
• Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
• Use Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions

Minimum Qualifications
