Job summary

Truefitt & Hill in Malaysia is seeking a sales-focused Retail Associate to drive store targets while delivering premium customer service. You will implement brand strategies, assist customers with product selections, and uphold the store’s prestigious image.

As part of a luxury retail team, you will maintain visual merchandising, ensure SOP compliance, and support opening/closing procedures to maintain smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Work to hit individual sales and store targets.
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Brand Manager.
• Ensure all monies and sales transactions are in accordance with the operational procedures.
• Responsible for assisting customers with choices and providing information about the product.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment. Create and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales goals while representing the brand.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Maintain and uphold the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.
• Work with the Operations Manager to best handle customer complaints.
• Comply with brand standards and the Company’s SOP.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures to ensure the process is in compliance with the Company’s SOP.
• Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures, and furniture within the store, and keep them neat and tidy at all times.
• Ensure visual merchandising is implemented efficiently.
