Job summary

TUMI in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive personal sales, KPI performance, and client data capture. You will coach a team, plan short- and long-term strategies and ensure top-tier client service in a luxury retail setting.

The role requires strong leadership, multilingual communication, and proven success in fashion/luxury brands. You will manage store operations, merchandising, and collaboration with corporate partners to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience leading a team in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands and KPI targets.
• Strong command of English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems.

Analysis And Decision Making, Problem Solving And Compliance

• Operations and Compliance: Manage store schedule, timecards and payroll. Monitor shipments, transfers and price changes for accuracy. Plan, conduct, and organize store for inventory.
• Analysis, Decision Making and Problem Solving: Resolve difficult or complicated challenges while using good judgement, partnering when appropriate. Adhere to and hold team accountable to company policies and procedures. Analyze business results and make strong business acumen decisions on findings. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the store.

Inventory Integrity

• Working together with the team to maintain a healthy inventory while minimizing the possibility of stock shrinkages as per guidelines listed in the Company Store Operations Procedures Deck.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock count to avoid pilferage.
• Resolve discrepancies within 48hours and report all findings to superior.
• Monitor and coordinate receiving of merchandise and price tagging according to operation procedures

Visual Merchandising And In Store Experience

• Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives.
• Enforce excellent client services and ensure a consistent superior client experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience leading a team in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market and demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
• Self driven with 'Çan-Do' attitude.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Good PC skills such as MS Office and retail POS system
