Job summary

vivo Malaysia is seeking customer-focused retail sales associates to greet customers, understand needs, and recommend smartphones, accessories, and services. You will explain product features, promotions, and after-sales support. You will assist with basic setup, maintain displays, and handle sales documentation.

Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required. Ideal candidates are passionate about smartphones and technology, with strong communication and a customer-oriented

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is an advantages
