Key responsibilities

• Serve customers and assist in selling smartphones such as iPhone, Android phones and phone accessories
• Explain product functions, prices, promotions and phone repair services to customers
• Generate and upload 3 promotional videos daily on TikTok and social media
• Conduct LIVE sessions to promote products and increase sales
• Assist in taking product photos and recording marketing videos
• Arrange sales items and ensure the shop is always clean and organised
• Provide good service to customers and help achieve sales targets

About you

• Diligent, honest, punctual and responsible
• Interested in smartphones, gadgets and social media
• Willing to appear on camera and conduct LIVE sessions
• Able to work in a team and willing to learn
• Experience in sales or social media content creation is an advantage
