We are looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven Live Host cum Sales Expert who enjoys being in front of the camera and has a passion for technology and sales. You will host engaging live-streaming sessions, showcase our latest smartphones, mobile devices, tablets, wearables, accessories and related technology products, interact with viewers and turn engagement into sales.

Key responsibilities

Host engaging and interactive live sessions on TikTok and other live-commerce platforms

Present and demonstrate products confidently and professionally on camera

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, promotions and key selling points in an easy-to-understand manner

Stay updated on new product launches, promotions and technology trends

Engage with viewers, answer questions and provide product recommendations in real time

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and budget

Drive sales through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling

Promote relevant accessories, protection plans and value-added products

Work towards assigned sales, conversion and performance targets

Follow up on potential customers and sales leads through calls or other communication channels when required

About you

Confident, comfortable and natural in front of the camera

Strong communication, presentation and selling skills

Energetic, outgoing and able to engage an online audience

Passionate about smartphones, gadgets, accessories and technology

Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets

Familiar with TikTok, social media and live-streaming platforms

Experience in live hosting, retail sales, online sales, telesales or customer service will be an advantage
