Job summary

Rascotec Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to greet walk-in customers and help them find the right accessories or gadgets for their phones. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile accessories, handle daily cashiering and POS operations, assist with stock replenishment and display presentation, and respond to online inquiries as needed.

Non-experienced applicants are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service.
• Basic interest or knowledge in mobiles is a plus.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

We are a growing retail shop specializing in the latest mobile accessories, phone cases, and tech gadgets. We are looking for an energetic and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team!

Key responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers and assist them in finding the right accessories or gadgets for their phones.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of smartphone models, tempered glass types, power banks, and other tech products.

Handle daily cashiering duties and operate the POS system accurately.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counting, and ensuring display shelves are neatly arranged.

Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Help respond to online customer inquiries via WhatsApp or social media if needed.

About you

Friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service.

Basic interest or knowledge in mobile phones and gadgets is a strong advantage.

Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
