CARBONE WORLD MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable customer service support to assist the sales team with order processing, inquiries, and payments follow-up in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves coordinating with logistics and warehouse to ensure smooth fulfillment, plus occasional outstation travel for client visits and events, with travel allowances provided.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, well-organized, proficient in MS Office, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Willing and able to travel outstation when required.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarinn is an added advantage).
