Job summary

MFG TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales / Customer Service support professional to assist the Sales Manager from enquiry through delivery.

The role involves customer visits, meetings, and discussions with Mandarin and English communication. You will handle inquiries, quotations, and orders while coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery. The candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, with 1–2 years in Manufacturing/Sales/Customer

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in 1-2 years in Manufacturing / Sales / Customer Service is an advantage.
• Preferable candidate who can speak fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to work outstation or going abroad to visit customers or suppliers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive to details

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents including quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery schedule, and related reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress from production to shipment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for corrective actions.
• Maintain proper customer records, reports, and filing system.
• Any other duties assigned by Sales Manager.
