In this role, you will bridge the gap between our sales team, operational execution, and clients. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients smoothly, visiting operational sites, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare service agreements, set up new client accounts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process from start to finish
• Travel to client sites to conduct operational assessments, verify requirements, and ensure setup accuracy
• Proactively follow up with existing and prospective clients to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with internal logistics and operations team to schedule collections, bin deployments, and site services accurately
• Maintain up-to-date client records, service statuses, and deal pipelines in the CRM system
