Job summary

Darco Water Technologies is seeking a capable professional to lead service and O&M contract activities in Kulim, Malaysia. You will supervise service supervisors and technicians, provide hands-on technical support, and ensure contract performance meets KPIs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves monitoring plant performance, coordinating with customers, and generating weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor manpower, plant performance, operational issues, and potential risks
• Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports
• Support sales, business development, quotations, and customer inquiries
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth
