Overview

Responsible for performing service activities for customers in the designated service area. Maintain and upkeep service tools in good condition. Provide technical service duties including installation, qualification, basic user training, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Plan and execute service assignments according to MT guidelines and the highest professional standards. Proactively promotes and positively influences customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, answering questions and troubleshooting issues in person or remotely.
• Document service activities and maintain and submit accurate, timely service records.
• Provide accurate updates on service activities and other job-related activities throughout the day.
• Provide a summary of actions taken, results, and next steps (if necessary) to customers at the end of service assignments.
• Identify service opportunities (service contracts and spare parts) and pass along to Service Sales & Inside Sales.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of service activities and opportunities. Generate products and services Xlead according to targets (6 per month).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards for daily service activities.
• Attend and complete trainings and assessments assigned.
• Proactively promote and positively influence the customer experience.
