Job summary

Nukilan Biruni Trading in Malaysia is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing function. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, execution and team leadership to deliver measurable commercial results across online and offline channels.

You will develop sales strategies, manage a lean team, drive digital marketing on platforms like TikTok and Shopee, and align campaigns with product launches and promotions, reporting to immediate business needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, brand management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, online sales and campaign management.
• Experience with platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Meta or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Nukilan Biruni Trading is looking for a commercially driven, creative and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing function. This is not a traditional marketing-only or purely managerial role. You will be responsible for developing strategy, managing the team and driving results, while also being willing to get involved in execution when needed. You should understand not only how to market a product, but also how to sell it, position it, and turn creative ideas into commercial results.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies across online and offline channels

Set sales targets and monitor performance against targets

Identify new sales channels, partnerships, reseller/distributor opportunities and commercial opportunities

Plan sales strategies for product launches, campaigns, events and promotional periods

Lead digital marketing across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, website and other relevant channels
