Job summary

impian faresh is seeking a customer engagement associate to handle enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and social media, and to explain financial products and services. You will follow up with potential customers, assist with the application process and verify documents to ensure smooth processing.

You will maintain strong customer relationships, perform data entry and administrative duties, and work with the team to meet monthly sales targets, while ensuring timely document collection and status
