Job summary

You will maintain strong customer relationships, perform data entry and administrative duties, and work with the team to meet monthly sales targets, while ensuring timely document collection and status

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Introduce and explain financial products/services to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and assist throughout the application process.
• Check customer eligibility and required documents.
• Collect, verify and organize application documents.
• Perform data entry and update customer/application records.
• Follow up on pending documents and application status.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales assistance.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Handle general administrative and office duties.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure applications are processed smoothly.
