Job summary

Heineken in Malaysia seeks a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive volume, distribution, and promo execution across assigned territory. You will deploy POSM, activations, and pricing controls while expanding MOFT/TOFT coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' commercial/sales experience (preferably in FMCG).
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute Heineken Steps of Visit across assigned territory to achieve volume, distribution, and execution targets.
• Drive promotion and visibility by deploying POSM, executing NCP & tactical activations, and ensuring pricing compliance.
• Expand distribution and outlet development across MOFT and TOFT channels.
• Build trust-based relationships with outlet decision-makers and resolve daily operational issues promptly.
• Ensure disciplined reporting by updating call outcomes in the system, maintaining master data, and gathering market intelligence on competitors.
