Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking energetic sales-minded individuals to join our Kuala Lumpur team. The role focuses on prospecting, engaging customers, and guiding them through the sales journey from enquiry to order confirmation.

Ideal candidates are proactive, target-driven and capable of building strong customer relationships. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided, and opportunities for travel may arise.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up actively on enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to order confirmation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners and agents.
• Prepare quotations and communicate service information clearly.
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
