Job summary

Hai Kwang Furniture Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Administration Clerk to handle sales orders, prepare quotations, and compile sale orders for the sales team.

You will assist in sales & marketing, customer service, and invoice preparation, plus updating daily/monthly sales reports. Candidates with 1–3 years of admin experience, good communication, and independence are preferred. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of admin clerk or related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage salesmen orders
• Prepare customers quotation
• Compile company sale orders
• Assist & support for company sale & marketing, customer service & prepare invoices for good delivery, etc.
• Assist in updating daily / monthly sale report
• Check on customer supports & other related tasks assigned by management from time to time.
• We are looking for young & experienced candidates with good Communication skills.
• Fast learner and able to work independently. Good attitude and passionate on work. Prefer experienced candidate
• Available to start work immediately is an advantage
