Job summary

K-Flex Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Sales Administrator to support order processing, invoicing, and customer coordination at our Klang area facility.

You will liaise with customers via phone, email and WhatsApp, coordinate with warehouse and logistics, prepare reports, and maintain accurate pricing and documentation to ensure timely deliveries.

This full-time role offers exposure to a global elastomeric insulation business and opportunities to grow with a leading manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, invoices, DOs, quotations and proformas accurately.
• Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules and payment status.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and product pricing.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with China counterparts to support sales and order coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Monitor sales performance, outstanding payments and stock availability.
• Maintain documentation including customer POs, DOs, invoices and credit notes.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and resolve routine issues.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant sales personnel when necessary.

Job description

2. Customer & Internal Coordination

4. Customer Service

Respond professionally to customer enquiries and resolve routine order-related issues.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
