FOSS Analytical Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Sales Admin role to support the sales division with lead generation, promotional coordination, and administrative support to sales and service teams.

The role involves updating lead generation processes, coordinating mailers and promotional events, handling quotations and tenders, answering calls, and assisting with filing and data entry to ensure smooth operations across the group.

Update and maintain the lead generation process for the entire product range of the Group.
Arrange mailers on a regular basis based on input from sales divisions of the Group.
Coordinate promotional activities including hotel/venue booking for exhibitions and seminars, liaising with participants, and promotional materials such as corporate gifts.
Answer incoming calls and assist sales and service teams with quotations, tenders, contracts, and letters.
Take messages, arrange appointments and follow up with customers as necessary.
Handle incoming product and service inquiries when sales and service teams are out of the office.
Check Tender/PO on websites and newspapers daily.
Assist in Purchase and Submissions of Tender.
Send and collect documents from Dispatch.
Filing and data entry.

Sales Admin role supporting the sales division of the Group through lead generation, promotional coordination, and administrative support to sales and service teams.

Key responsibilities

Update and maintain lead generation process for the entire product range of the Group

Arrange to send out mailers on regular basis based on input from sales divisions of the Group

Coordinate with the sales division of the Group on promotional activities including hotel/venue booking for Exhibition/Seminar, liaising with participants, and promotional materials such as corporate gifts

Answer incoming calls and assist sales and service people with quotations, tenders, contracts, and letters

Take messages, arrange appointments and follow up with customers when necessary

Deal with incoming product and service inquiries when sales and service people are out of the office

Check Tender/PO on websites and newspaper daily
