Job summary

Private Advertiser is recruiting for a logistics/order administrator in Kota Damansara, Malaysia. The role focuses on processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with forwarders and customers to ensure smooth shipments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, a diploma or degree in business-related fields, and strong MS Office skills. You will support procurement, maintain inventory records, and generate timely reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of import/export processes or Customs/SST procedures or ISO is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing including planning and coordinating deliveries, generating sales order, delivery order, invoices, others etc., ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfilment.
• Work closely and support Procurement team on logistics coordination with warehouse on clearance and documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely stock GRN and costing update in the system.
• Liaise with forwarders, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure timely order processing, delivery and shipment.
• Support sales team on sales order coordination with customers and administrative work.
• To prepare and to provide accurate report as required by the management.
• Maintain and keep up to date of inventory file, office records, files/documents, and internal documentation system.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the HOD or Management
