Job summary

Nautik Satu Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Shah Alam, is seeking a sales administration professional to manage customer inquiries, orders and related paperwork. The role involves preparing quotations, invoices, and coordinating stock and delivery to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate has at least an SPM or diploma, good computer skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate with customers professionally through phone, email and face-to-face.
• Organised and careful when handling orders, stock and documentation.
• Willing to perform both administrative duties and light picking/packing work.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Receive and process customer orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related sales documents.
• Handle billing and ensure orders are properly recorded.
• Check stock availability and coordinate order preparation.
• Pick and pack products for customer collection, courier or delivery.
• Arrange courier and delivery where necessary.
• Ensure the correct items and quantities are prepared before releasing orders.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, collection and delivery.
• Maintain proper customer, sales and order records.
