ESYS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a highly organized Sales Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bukit Rambai Melaka. This full-time position supports our sales and marketing efforts and ensures smooth operations to help drive company growth.

You will handle admin duties, prepare reports, manage databases, chase leads, coordinate events, and liaise with clients and partners. Fresh grads welcome; 1–2 years in similar roles preferred, with strong MS Office skills and excellent

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar admin or marketing support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including handling inquiries, preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
• Pursue sales leads, respond to inquiries, and source new prospects to achieve sales targets.
• Support all sales and marketing activities and events as required by the company.
• Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and financiers to facilitate SPAs, loan agreements, and related documentation.
• Monitor collections, manage debtor records, and prepare sales and SPA status reports.
