Job summary

ESYS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking an Accounting Executive to join our Bukit Rambai Melaka team. This full-time role focuses on managing the company’s financial accounts and administrative functions to support accurate reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, payroll assistance, and generating management reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting/administrative role.
• Preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficient in accounting software such as SQL or UBS.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

• Preparing and monitoring financial accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Conducting bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
• Generating financial reports and analysis for management
• Assisting with payroll processing and compliance
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and providing support to the wider team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as SQL or UBS
