Job summary

Henikwon Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a candidate to support sales activities including quotations, order specs, invoices, and shipment coordination. You will work with the team to ensure customer deliveries meet purchase orders and respond to inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, counter-checking POs, following up with accounts on commercial matters, and producing weekly/monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
• 1-2 years working experience in a related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of inco-terms and international trade, taxation, etc

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, order specifications, invoices, and shipments.
• Attend customer inquiries in a timely manner and coordinate with the team.
• Ensure packing list matches purchase orders and counter-check POs with quotations.
• Follow up with accounts on commercial matters (invoices, LC, etc).
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and support leaders in commercial activities.
• Handle domestic and export shipments (forwarder booking, shipping docs, CO/Origin).
• Coordinate with forwarders for special shipments and liaise with MICCI for Origin certificates.

Job description

Overall support all sales activity in terms of preparing quotations, order specification, invoicing, and shipment. Engage with other team members and ensure customer deliveries are fulfilled.

To prepare quotation, invoices, offer documents, presentations and contractual documents within time frame and attend to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner.

To ensure the finished goods packing list that packing list is as per the purchase order.

To counter-check received purchase order against quotations.

To follow up with the account department on all aspects of commercial matters promptly and up to‑date, i.e. commercial invoice, LC, etc.

To prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

To support Segment leaders and executives in miscellaneous commercial activities to achieve targets.

Domestic and Export shipment:

To handle domestic and export shipment, eg shipping arrangement, forwarder booking, preparation of shipping documents, co‑ordination with the consignee as per the inco‑terms including pre‑alert and sending original shipping documents to the customers or banks.

Liaise with MICCI for the arrangement of Certificate of Origin for all outbound shipments.

To make special arrangements with the forwarders or courier service for shipment of additional/missing goods.
