Job summary

EE-LIAN ENTERPRISE (M) SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks an Export Coordinator to support daily export activities, coordinate orders, and prepare shipping documents.

You will liaise with overseas customers and freight partners, arrange container bookings, monitor vessel schedules, and process COO applications to ensure timely deliveries.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in export coordination, shipping, or logistics preferred.
• Experience with export documentation and international shipping is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination with overseas customers and logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Support export sales operations by coordinating orders, shipping documents, logistics and overseas customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Assistant Export Manager in daily export sales activities.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and other required shipping documents.
• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and logistics service providers.
• Arrange container bookings and monitor vessel schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit Certificate of Origin (COO) applications through DagangNet ePCO.
• Liaise with overseas customers on order confirmation, shipment arrangements and delivery status.

Job description

Support export sales operations by coordinating orders, shipping documents, logistics and overseas customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Assistant Export Manager in daily export sales activities.

Prepare and process export documentation, including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and other required shipping documents.

Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and logistics service providers.

Arrange container bookings and closely monitor vessel and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and submit Certificate of Origin (COO) applications through DagangNet ePCO, including CPTPP, Form D and Form AANZ, where applicable.

Liaise with overseas customers on order confirmation, shipment arrangements, documentation requirements and delivery status.

About you

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Preferably 1–3 years of experience in export coordination, shipping, logistics, customer service or sales coordination.

Experience in export documentation and international shipping procedures will be an added advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with overseas customers and logistics providers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
