Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support the Sales team with customer follow-ups, sample and catalogue coordination, and day-to-day sales administration. You will also handle order processing, filing, and ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires good English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a bonus, and proficiency in MS Office. Fresh graduates may apply and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration, customer service, or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist External Sales team in coordinating and arranging the delivery of samples and catalogues to customers.
• Conduct cold calling and customer follow-ups to support sales development and maintain customer engagement.
• Monitor and control sample and catalogue inventory; arrange replenishment orders from HQ when required.
• Provide backup support to Customer Service during peak hours, especially for self-collection orders.
• Organize, maintain, and file sales-related documents and records.
• Assist with sales coordination, follow-ups, administrative activities, and other projects as assigned.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management.
