Job summary

ShinGen Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven Sales & Admin Executive in Penang to balance proactive sales outreach with precise backend support. You will hunt new opportunities through outbound calls and digital prospecting while maintaining accurate orders, CRM data, and sales schedules.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 2–4 years of sales coordination or B2B admin experience with strong MS Office and CRM skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in sales coordination, inside sales, administrative support, or B2B customer service.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer site visits or trade exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound calls to identify, qualify, and engage potential new business accounts.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, trade show contacts, and digital inquiries to secure qualified demonstrations.
• Map out key decision-makers and pitch ShinGen's value propositions to lock in sales meetings.
• Manage backend ingestion, system logging, and validation of newly closed contracts and orders.
• Act as CRM gatekeeper ensuring pipeline cleanliness, proper deal tagging, and report builds.
• Coordinate with Finance and Fulfillment to streamline invoicing, billing setups, and delivery schedules.
