Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD in Johor is seeking an administrative assistant to support the sales team at Bukit Indah. The role offers basic monthly pay up to RM3,000–RM3,800 plus AWS and VB, with training provided for those with lesser experience.

You will handle sales documentation, assist with quotations and shipping documents, respond to customer inquiries, follow up on orders and payments, and provide after sales support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales team, assist in preparing sales documentation such as quotation, prepare shipping documents, Delivery Orders (DO) etc.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handling/follow up with customers on all sales support matters.
• Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.
• Coordination and monitor for clients order.
• Handle ad hoc task as assigned.
